Juquiá Residencial has been designed as a second-home community for families seeking a nature-linked retreat. The development program includes more than one hundred 1-4 bedroom units, amenities and associated open spaces. The anticipated architectural and landscape language gives priority to materials present in the surroundings and the region, ensuring a reduction in the impact on the natural environment and prioritising the local economy.

The development occupies the deforested portion of the farmland, reminiscent of the recent occupation of cattle raising. Part of this area has a permanent view of the Dam, part of an Ecological Park, which includes over 86 hectares of preserved green area, with springs and green corridors. where hiking trails take place following the old paths of coal extracttion in the past.
